Rules of Examination

1. The students will have to appear for 2 Tests and 2 Semester Examinations. The general performance in these exams will be taken into account for promotion of Std. IX

2. The benefit of condonation of marks shall be given only at the end of the year, while deciding the student’s promotion from one standard to another.

3. A student of Std. IX who fails to appear for the Semester II Examination held at the end of the Academic year WILL NOT BE RE-EXAMINED ON ANY ACCOUNT. Her results will be declared as per her performance in Semester I Examination and the other Internal Assessment marks in Std. IX.

4. All dues / fees should be paid before the examination.

5. Absence for even one subject at a Unit Test or Examination excludes a student from being reckoned on the order of merit.

6. Application for the verification of marks in special cases may be considered at the discretion of the Principal.

7. Any irregularity detected during an examination is punishable with expulsion from examination room. If discovered subsequently the paper will not be assessed and no further Examination will be given. At the end of the academic year the student will have to leave the school.

8. Printed copies of questions papers and answer papers are provided for use during the examination. No answer papers should be taken outside the examination room/classroom.
