ENGLISH ELOCUTION COMPETITION

An English Elocution Competition was conducted at St. Paul’s Convent High School on 25th August 2026. The competition was organized house-wise and was divided into two categories.

The Junior Group comprised students of Classes V and VI, who presented poems, while the Senior Group comprised students of Classes VII and VIII, who delivered speeches. The participants displayed confidence, clear expression, voice modulation, and effective presentation skills.

The competition was judged by Ms. Ann Miranda and Ms. Jessica Gonsalves, who evaluated the students’ performances. After careful assessment, the best three performers from each category were selected.

The competition provided students with a valuable opportunity to enhance their oratory skills, confidence, and proficiency in English.
