On July 1, 2026, our institution organized an informative awareness session on Menstrual Health and Hygiene for students of Standard 5 to 8 in the school hall. The session focused on educating young girls about physiological changes, breaking social taboos, and understanding the biological aspects of puberty in a supportive environment.
The speakers highlighted safe hygiene practices, correct usage and disposal of sanitary products, and balanced nutrition during cycles. An interactive Q&A session addressed students' doubts, empowering them with scientific knowledge, personal care habits, and confidence.
