Staff Orientation

The staff members of all three sections—Secondary, Primary, and Pre-Primary—assembled at St. Teresa's Convent High School Hall, Santacruz at 8:30 a.m. for the annual orientation programme organized by St. Teresa's Province for all the Mumbai Province schools. The session began with a meaningful prayer service conducted by the teachers of St. Teresa's Convent High School, invoking God’s blessings on all present.

Following this, Sr. Wilma Mendes, the Provincial Superior, was warmly introduced, along with the speaker for the day, Fr. Joey James

Fr. Joey conducted an enriching and interactive session covering a range of vital topics, including:

- Emotional Development
- Education for Transformation
- Child Rights and the POCSO Act
- Components of Emotional Intelligence
- The Mission of Education
- Self-Awareness and Self-Esteem

The engaging discussions and practical insights equipped the teachers to embrace their roles with renewed confidence and enthusiasm. The session concluded on a productive and uplifting note, setting a positive tone for the academic year ahead.
