Dental Check-up Camp

A dental check-up camp was organised at the school hall with Dr. Sanjana Manjrekar of Smiles Dental Care, where students from Std. I to Std. IV participated with excitement.

The checkup aimed to create awareness about oral hygiene and detect any dental issues early on. Most students maintained good oral hygiene, but a few had cavities and were advised treatments.

Dr. Sanjana and her team examined each student thoroughly, explaining the importance of regular brushing, flossing, and dental visits.

Dr. Sanjana stressed on preventive care, sharing tips on how to keep those pearly whites shining! She encouraged students to make oral hygiene a habit and answered their curious questions patiently. Children with good oral hygiene were given certificates, kudos to them! The camp also helped identify students who needed follow-up treatments, ensuring they get the care they need.

The event was a huge success, with students, teachers, and parents appreciating the effort. It was a fun and learning experience for the young ones, and a reminder for all about the importance of taking care of their teeth.
