National Sports Day Celebration

The school community came together with great enthusiasm to celebrate National Sports Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand, widely regarded as the “Wizard of Hockey.” The day highlighted the importance of sports and physical fitness in shaping discipline, teamwork, and resilience among students.

The program began with a special assembly that included a tribute to Major Dhyan Chand’s remarkable achievements and his contribution to Indian sports. Students presented inspiring speeches, skits, and a short documentary showcasing his life and legacy.

A series of sporting events and fun competitions were organized, encouraging participation from all houses. From track and field races to team games, the atmosphere was filled with energy and sportsmanship. Teachers also joined in friendly matches, adding to the excitement and fostering a spirit of unity.
