Children's Day Celebration

The Children’s Day Prayer Service was held with the theme “Let the Little Children Come to Me.” The event celebrated the innocence, joy and curiosity of children, bringing together students, teachers and P.T.A members in a spirit of prayer, unity and reflection.

The service commenced with a prayer song followed by a scripture reading, which set a serene and reverent tone for the gathering. Special intercessions were offered for children across the world, including prayers for healing, food, shelter, justice and support. The message of growing in love and kindness, and extending compassion to others as taught by Jesus, was emphasized throughout.

Students were encouraged to reflect on the gift of childhood and the importance of nurturing joy, innocence and empathy. The atmosphere remained warm and prayerful as the school community joined together in gratitude and faith.

Following the prayer service, celebrations continued with a variety of engaging activities. Class Teachers conducted indoor games for each class, while P.T.A members organized outdoor games. The children also participated in dance and Zumba sessions, adding energy and excitement to the occasion.

The Children’s Day Prayer Service successfully combined worship, reflection and celebration. It strengthened the bond within the school community and fostered a spirit of compassion and togetherness. The collaborative efforts of teachers, PTA members and volunteers made the day memorable and meaningful for all.
