The Feast of St. Therese of the Child Jesus was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm by the Red House. The Prayer Service was organized under the guidance of the teachers-in-charge, Ms. Joana and Ms. Archangela.
The Prayer Service beautifully highlighted the life of St. Therese as a Carmelite nun—her deep prayer life, unwavering faith, and her powerful influence on millions around the world. Known for her “Little Way,” she taught that holiness lies not in great deeds but in small acts done with great love. Her virtues of kindness, humility, patience, and faithfulness were portrayed as shining examples for all to follow.
The celebration encouraged everyone to embrace these values in their daily lives, fostering a spirit of love, service, and closeness to God. St. Therese’s inspiring words, “What matters in life is not great deeds, but great love,” reminded all that even the simplest actions can become meaningful when done with a pure heart. Her motto, “God is Love,” echoed throughout the prayer service, inviting everyone to live with gentleness and compassion.
Through this meaningful celebration, students gained a deeper understanding of St. Therese’s life and legacy. They were inspired to seek her intercession and to follow her path of humility and love. The feast not only honored the beloved saint but also strengthened the bond of faith and unity among all students.
