On 26th August, a special prayer service was conducted by the Yellow House teachers, Ms. Neetu and Ms. Blossom, as the students gathered to celebrate the Feast of the Yellow House dedicated to Mother Teresa of Calcutta. The service provided a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the values of kindness, love, and selfless service that Mother Teresa embodied.
The program began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the significance of Mother Teresa’s life and legacy. A short video was screened, highlighting the values upheld by Mother Teresa and the Teresians, inspiring students to follow in her footsteps.
The students actively participated in prayers and petitions, seeking God’s blessings for their school, families, and those in need. The service concluded with a heartfelt prayer and the hymn “Make Me a Channel of Your Peace”, leaving everyone with a sense of peace and inspiration.
Throughout the service, students were reminded of Mother Teresa’s message of love, humility, and service to others—values at the heart of the Teresian spirit. The event fostered a deep sense of unity and belonging among the students while encouraging them to live out these values in their daily lives.
The Prayer Service for the Yellow House Feast was truly a meaningful and inspiring celebration. It not only honored the legacy of Mother Teresa but also renewed the students’ commitment to kindness, compassion, and service.
