Marathi Diwas

A special assembly was conducted by Ms. Joana on the occasion of Marathi Diwas. Ms. Joana explained the importance of the day. She spoke about the famous poet Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar and that on his birthday we celebrate Marathi Diwas.

A PPT and a short video on Marathi Diwas was shown to the students to promote the importance of Marathi language and culture among the students. Ms. Joana asked a few questions to the students based on Marathi Diwas. Sr. Macveena have gifts to the students who answered the questions.
